B. Hang Squat Snatch – Build to a tough single (hold bottom of snatch for 3 sec before standing up)
C. 10 Unbroken Toes to Bar x 5 sets; rest as needed
D. Unbroken HSPU ladder for time; 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
Notes: I got some good tips on my snatch from Craig, he worked with me a bit near the end. The TTB were tough as my grip was going pretty quickly. I wasn’t able to get the #5 HSPU unbroken, it was pretty tough.
