B. Squat Snatch; 1.1.1 x 4 sets; rest 3 min
(rest 10 sec b/t reps)
C. 100 Ring Push-ups for time (sets of 10 only)
Notes: I just don’t feel I have the explosive power in my lifts that I used to. The last couple times I have been Oly Lifting it has been more of a struggle to put up the weight.
